• Mount the mince bowl into the main body
as bended right and turn it counter clockwise
until it is locked and fixed.
• Place the tray on the upper mouth of the
mince bowl.
• Cut the meat into 10 cm long, 2 cm thick
strips. Remove bones, pieces, of gristle and
sinews as much as possible. Never use frozen
meat.
• Place another tray under the mince bowl and
turn it on.
• Push the meat pieces into the mince bowl
with meat pusher.
CAUTION:
Never push them with your fingers
or any other tool.
SAUSAGE MAKING
• Insert the mixing rod starting from the
plastic gear into the mince bowl and place the
seperator on the other end of the mixing rod.
ATTENTION:
Make sure the notches of the
seperator fit onto the projections of the mince bowl.
• Place the
sausage apparatus
onto the mixing rod.
• Turn the screw
ring on the mince
bowl until it is
properly fastened.
• Mount the mince bowl into the main body as bended right and turn it
counter clockwise until it is locked and fixed.
• Place the tray on
the upper mouth of
the mince bowl.
• Put a small clean
intestine onto the
sausage apparatus
and turn it on.
