4.7.1 I2C Read SFP Register
This command can be used to read 8 bytes of data from SFP+ Register/EEPROM.
4.7.2 I2C Write SFP Register
This command can be used to write 1 byte of data to an SFP+ Register/EEPROM.
4.7.3 Drive EEPROM
This command can be used to enable the level translator so that the MMC can access the SFP
and other registers.
