Ensure that an unused blank vial is
inserted, and expiration date of kit is not
exceeded.
Invalid CAL A/B/C/D

The wrong calibrator vial, or an invalid
calibrator vial, was inserted during an
instrument calibration. Press any key; the instrument will ask if
you want to insert another vial or end
the instrument calibration.

Volume entered is outside the range that
the PCS is capable of calibrating. The

sure it is within the PCS’ range.

modified.

MIXER FAILURE

Vial hitting vial holder cover, due to vial
not being fully inserted in the vial holder.
Make certain vial is fully inserted in the
vial holder.
An obstruction prevents the vial holder
from moving freely.
Remove gray spill shield, and rear
access cover if needed. Find and
remove obstruction. Refer to Section
8.3, “Removal of Rear Access Cover.”
