Click Security from the Status submenu options.

Select Yes under Restore Factory Defaults.

Click Apply. A message appears, telling you to reboot the modem for the new settings to
take effect.

Click OK.
6.
Click Status on the SBR-AC1900P Main Menu.

Click Configuration from the Status submenu options to display the Status Configuration
screen.
8.
Click Reboot.
9.
Log back in using the default username and password.

Update Your Wi-Fi Router Firmware
You can update the firmware on your SBR-AC1900P Wi-Fi Router when ARRIS releases new
firmware versions. The new firmware releases may contain updates for operational
improvements or resolutions to problems. These updates will not delete or overwrite your
personal user settings such as your password.
