Quand vous

faites cuire

des aliments

au four

ou à

la vapeur

, assurez-v

ous que

les

récipients tiennent

dans la

marmite en

verre.

En général,

un moule

à cheminée

ou

un moule

à gâteau

Bundt conviennent

mieux que

les grands

moules. Les

mini

moules à

pain jetables

en papier

 d'aluminium

conviennent bien

aussi parce

qu'ils

permettent une

cuisson plus

rapide et

plus homogène.

Le préchauf

fage n'est

pas

nécessaire avant

une cuisson

dans le

turbo-four.

Pour les

plats non

couverts,

réglez le

thermostat sur

une température

de 25

à 50

degrés F

plus basse

que pour

une cuisson

au four

traditionnel.

Le tableau

ci-dessous est

donné

à titre

indicatif. Surveillez

la cuisson

de vos

aliments et

notez les

temps de

pour référence.

TEAMING

• When baking or steaming, be sure containers fit within the glass pot.  Usually, a tube

or bundt-cake pan is better to use than larger cake pans.  Disposable aluminum foil

mini-loaf pans also work well as they allow for faster and more even cooking.

Preheating is not necessary for baking in this turbo-oven.

• For uncovered dishes, use temperatures 25 to 50°F lower than what would be used

in a regular oven.

• The chart below serves as a rough guideline.  Be sure to monitor your food while

cooking and record the actual cooking time for future references.

This chart is for reference only.  Time may vary according to size or depth

of mixture, composition of ingredients, and desired browning or crispness.
