• Do not operate your device without reading the instruction manual.
• Before using your device, check that the power and voltage of the device are suitable for your
network. If unsuitable, contact your place of purchase.
• Keep your device out of the reach of children and keep it away from children.
• Always wear your device in a grounded socket. To avoid damaging your equipment, do not use
extension cords that provide insufficient current. When the extension cable is used, make sure
that it is grounded and the cable cross section is 1 mm².
• Keep the device and the cable so that it can not be accessed by children under 8 years of age.
• The device is intended for persons aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
perceptual and mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge; can be used under super
-
vision or when the device is used safely and instructions are given to understand the pertinent
hazards encountered.
• Children should not play with the device.
• Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children unless they are over 8 years old
and supervised.
• Do not place your device on or near direct heat sources such as stoves.
• Place your device on a flat, stable surface. Do not place it on the edge of a table or a countertop.
A small crouch may fall down your device. Do not forget that it may be filled with hot water.
• Make sure that the cable does not come into contact with any other device so that it does not hang
from the side of the table bench.
• Avoid movements that will damage the cable and plug of your device. Do not carry by holding the
cord.
• Always lift your device by holding it with your hand. The outer surface may be hot.
• Do not touch the outside of the device, you can only touch handle and the switch.
• When you are not using your appliance or when cleaning it, remove the appliance plug from the
outlet and make sure it cools down thoroughly before cleaning.
• Only use your device with its own power base. Do not use the power base of other devices.
• Do not fill more water than the MAX. mark.
• Do not immerse your device, power base, and plug cord in any liquid, do not wash it in the dish

washer, do not use it in the bathroom or in places with high humidity.
• NEVER leave your device’s power base and electrical connectors wet. If it is wet, be sure to re

• You can clean the outside of your device with a damp cloth. Be careful that the power base is dry
when cleaning it.
• Your device is only designed to boil water and make tea. Do not use it to heat other liquids.
