Troubleshooting and warranty
If your diffuser stops working, after checking its connection and proper use, it’s
possible that the diffusion system is clogged with essential oil that’s gone dry,
or with dust that may have inadvertently got into the diffusion system.
Initially, remove the diffusion tube that normally goes into the bottle and let it
soak for a few minutes in household alcohol (the alcohol will dilute the essential
oils), then perform the maintenance process for your diffuser as mentioned
above.
If that doesn’t work, you can carefully disassemble the inner workings of the
system.
• To do this, remove the diffusion tube and «unclip» the diffusion nozzle:
The warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase. It is valid for technical

Let it soak in some household alcohol and check it isn’t dirty, maybe using
a fine, soft brush on it.
