Preparations
Actions Before the First Use
(10 Steps)

Visually check the package for damage. If the
product looks damaged make a complaint to the
transport agency.

The packaging should be recycled according to
local regulations.

Check that all parts of the product are supplied.

If any part is missing or damaged - do NOT use
the product.

Unpack the battery charger. Select and attach the
adapter correctly suited to your power outlet. See
Battery charger IFU
.

Charge each battery for a minimum of 14 hours
(Japan 3.5 hours).

Perform a functionality test.
See section,
Care and Preventive Maintenance.

Disinfect the product according to
Disinfecting
Instructions
in this
IFU
.

Prepare an area that is dry, with good ventilation
and out of direct sunlight for storage of the
Carino
.

Choose a designated area, where the Instructions
for Use should be kept and is accessible at all
times for the users.
10 Make sure to have a rescue plan in case of resident
emergency and if the
Carino
gets stuck in an
elevated position.
