3.4 Report options
3.4.1 Destination telephone number for reporting
Each event can be reported to any combination of the six central station telephone numbers. If no tel-
ephone number is programmed for a certain event, the event is not reported.
3.5 Protocol options
There are a number of parameters that may be set for each central station protocol, these settings are
configured in this menu.
3.5.1 SIA 1
This menu enables you to set the SIA options.
One Acknowledge per message
You will need to enter YES or NO at this option, depending on the way in which the PAC handles alarm
messages.

3.5.2 Fast Format
The dialler can report to 8 or 16 channel fast format receivers. The dialler automatically switches to 16 if an
event is assigned to one of the 9 to 16 channels.
Channel options
This is the part of the program where you select the channels on which the different events should be
reported. For example, if you want an activation of a burglar alarm only to be reported via channel 3, scroll
down to BA, Enter

and select channel 3. To select channel 3 move the cursor to the desired position and
press
0
to toggle the channel number on or off display.
Options
The same type of event can be reported on more than one channel.
•
All channels report their status simultaneously.
•
The first alarm event for this channel starts a transmission. Restore is forwarded when all the events
associated with this channel are restored.
Handshake
The handshake frequency can be set to 1400 Hz or 1600 Hz.
