Appliance shut-off conditions
The appliance is protected from malfunctions by means of
internal checks, which stops the appliance from operating
if necessary.
In the event of lockout see table below.

The appliance won’t start
- Ensure that the gas isolation valve is open
- Ensure that the inlet water isolation valve is open
- Verify position ohf the ON/OFF button
- Check/Replace batteries
Low temperature water.
Verify the position of the DHW temperature Knob and set the desired temperature.
The burner switch OFF out during
use.
- Safety shut-off for overheating.
Restart the device after 10 minutes. If the fault reappears, contact an authorized technician.
- Temporary Shut-Off due to defective flue gas discharge.

Make sure the flue pipe outlet is properly installed
Check if the flue pipe is partially obstructed.
Reduced water flow rate.
- Low water supply pressure.
- Water taps or mixer dirty.
- Presence of limescale in the heat exchanger
IF THE APPLIANCE WON’T START AGAIN OR
STOPS REPEATEDLY, ONCE YOU’VE CARRIED
OUT THE RELEVANT CHECKS, TURN OFF THE
DEVICE, CLOSE THE GAS VALVE, REMOVE
THE BATTERIES AND CONTACT A QUALIFIED
TECHNICIAN.
SHOULD THE CAUSE OF THE BLOCK NOT
BE ELIMINATED, DO NOT ACTIVATE THE
APPLIANCE.
ALL REPAIRS, WHICH SHOULD ONLY BE
PERFORMED USING ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS,
SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT BY A QUALIFIED
PROFESSIONAL.
