Maintance Service
8. Regular interval of service
If working with the ARISTOMAT in 1 shift, ARISTO recommends a main-
tenance by ARISTO technician once 1 year. The length of maintenance
intervals are reduced by extra shifts.
CAUTION: Following cleaning works shall only be done by trained
and introduced people. During this work they have to observe all
safety instructions and to turn off the main switch. For other main-
tenance works please call the ARISTO service.
Please note:
•
do not use sharp and rough objects, scouring powder, aggressive
cleaner or solvent
•
do not let coolant or lubricant to guides and toothed racks
•
only use filters with a core size of 5µm as replacements in the air
maintenance unit.
•
observe statute and rules for waste disposal
Cleaning interval for 1 shift working
Daily
ARISTOMAT machine outside clean the guide rail with a spirit or
alcohol rag
Maintenance unit compressed air bleed
Tool / tool head clean the material dirt with a brush
Weekly
ARISTOMAT machine inside take away dust behind ARISTOMAT
facing (unscrew or lift up)
ARISTOMAT machine outside after cleaning the guide rail daily apply
highly liquid oil with a oil rag
Vacuum table rub the surface with a spirit rag
- do not use soap suds
Dust collector placed at the bridge between guide rail and dust collector
clean the material dirt with a brush
