Installation

4. Installation

The plotter will be installed and adjusted by a service technician at an
assigned location.

Connecting the power supply

ARISTOMAT with 1.1 kW pump system:

230 V, 50/60 Hz, 16 A.

ARISTOMAT with 3 kW pump system: 3-phase fixed connection
with 400 V, 50 Hz, 16 A.

These works may be carried out by qualifield personnel only!

Connecting compressed air

ARISTOMAT with a pneumatic tool head need compressed air with the
following requirements:

Regulated pressure: 6 bar (87.08 psi) pulse free

Air flow:

mind. 30 l/min (2.47 cf/min) oil and water free

•

Connect the air supply line or the compressor to the maintenance unit
and set the pressure to 6 bar (87.psi)

Connecting the computer

The ARISTOMAT is connected to the serial port of the computer via the
delivered cable

.

Installing tool heads

The ARISTOMAT is prepared to use different tool heads (option of deliv-
ery). The instructions are described in further chapters of tool heads.
