•Ali operations that deal with installation, setting up and maintenance of the
Product must be performed in a thorough way in compliance with the instructions
established in the User Manual, which is delivered together with the product or,
at any rate, according to the Manufacturer’s instructions.
•Ali usage operations must be included in the normal use of the Product and,
anyhow, always according to the provisions that are mentioned in the instructions
manual being supplied with the Product.
•Any repair intervention has to be carried out by qualified LALIZAS ITALIA
SRL personnel or, anyhow, after having obtained its authorization; all installed
components must always and only be original LALIZAS ITALIA SRL including
consumables, such as for example bonding agents cleaning products and
various.
SUBJECT OF THE GUARANTEE
lf, during the guarantee period, a conformity defect of the goods is checked and
acknowledged, and it is ascribable to an action or fallur9 of the manufacturer,
the consumer will be entitled to the free restoration of good compliance by
means of repair or replacement, except in case the required remedy is, from the
Manufacturer’s point of view, objectively impossible or excessively expansive
compare d to the other and notwithstanding the provisions in Italian Legislative
Decree N. 24/02 about the “Burden of Proof”. lf the defect, as said before, is
negligible, LALIZAS ITALIA SRL will be entitled to debit the customer with the
cost of the technical checks that -re performed.
Note: the replacement or repair interventions, if any, do not extend the duration
of the original guarantee, neither relating to the individual replaced parts.
TERRITORIAL EXTENSION
Firstly, this Certificate was planned to caver the whole Italian territory, including
The Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City. The purchasers of LALIZAS
ITALIA SRL as products who res1de in other Countries will have to apply to
the distributor and for LALIZAS ITALIA SRL’s local branch as for the guarantee
and the after- sales service. The distributor and/or LALIZAS ITALIA SRL’s local
branch will supply a guarantee according to the conditions that are effective in
that country.
GUARANTEE EXCLUSJON CLAUSE
The guarantee does not cover ali components or products that have compliance
defects due to: Defects that are attributable to the consumer, as well as to
ordinary care and to the ways in which the product is used, maintained or rather
kept, which do not comply with the provisions being specified in the maintenance
and user manual.
