Speed sensor not detected.
Check that the speed sensor is installed and
connected correctly.
Check that the magnet and the speed sensor are
correctly aligned (speed sensor magnet positioned
on the rear wheel spoke in front of the letter ‘O’ in
the ‘OLIeds’ on the sensor; Fig.A).

Non-compliant torque sensor signal.
The torque sensor signal has a fault.
Operation at reduced power.

The temperature sensor inside the drive unit
control system (control unit) has detected
temporary excessive drive temperature caused by
specific operating conditions.
DO NOT SWITCH THE PRODUCT OFF and wait
for a few minutes for the internal temperature to
drop below preset levels and, as the fault signal
disappears, allow the system to resume correct
operation.
IMPORTANT: Switching off the product while
the error code is displayed may lead to function
lockouts which can only be restored at an
authorised service centre.

Excessive motor temperature.
Switch off the product temporarily to allow its
components to cool.
