ACCESSORIES - CONSTANT FLOW (MOTORS EC)
The constant flow accessory allows the flow to be maintained regardless of the change in the system pressure
drop.
The operating point of the equipment is set directly on the flow controller (image 24).
-Motors EC:
The system uses a differential pressure sensor and a flow controller. The differential pressure sensor has different
operating ranges, the chosen range (Image 25) depending on the setting to be made.
The regulation of the constant flow is performed in the flow controller, establishing a percentage value of the
selected operating range on the differential pressure sensor.
For a proper regulation, you must follow the following steps (image 26):
