Exchange of the voltage transfor-
mers installed in the cable con-
nection compartment:
- Dismantle the connecting wiring
to the terminal box of the voltage
transformer. Screw out the threa-
ded joint of hard PVC conduit
(PG16).
- Move the Plattformlifter below the
voltage transformer which is still
connected.
- Loosen screws and bolts M8 and
M10 (4 hex screws M10 at the
„transformer plate“ and 2 hex
screws M8 at the bracket below
the voltage transformer).
- Turn 2 hex screws M10 into the
thread holes at the front side
(contact side) of the voltage trans-
former and fix them alternately
(by this the voltage transformer is
pressed out of the inner cone con-
nection bushing)
- Move Plattformlifter with dis-
mantled voltage transformer aside
and set voltage transformer down.
- Insert the brand-new voltage
transformer (approx. 60 kg) into
the Plattformlifter (see Fig. 8.11).
- Clean contact surface and sealing
area in the inner cone connection
bushing and of contact surface,
insulating and control section of
the voltage transformer thoroughly
with with a lint-free cloth.
- Grease the contact surface of the
voltage transformer uniformly with
lubricant KL ST 312-111-835,
0.5kg can (see Fig. 8.8).
- Grease the insulating and control
section of the voltage transfor-
mer uniformly with special grease
(assembly lubricant, supplied by
the manufacturer of the voltage
transformer, see Fig. 8.8).
- Move Plattformlifter ahead of the
opening of inner cone connection
bushing. Pay attention to exact
centring of inner cone connection
bushing / contact side of voltage
transformer (see Fig. 8.12). For
the finishing cen timetres mount
assembly fixture (2 thread rods
M12, inter mediate section, washers
and spring washers M12). Fix hex
nuts alternately (by this the voltage
transformer is pressed into the
inner cone connection bushing,
see Fig. 8.13).
- Fix screw connections M10 and
M8 with torque 15 Nm (4 hex
screws M10 at the „transformer
plate“ and 2 hex screws M8 at the
bracket below the voltage trans-
former).
- Screw the threaded joint of hard
PVC conduit (PG16) into the ter-
minal box and connect the wiring.
