TO INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF LUCID DREAMING:
Get a
restful sleep
with the iBand+ “sleep improvement” feature. As the

Keep a
dream diary
. Spend 5-10 minutes as soon as you wake up to
remember and write down your dream details in the present tense. It’s
