Instructions for use
Drying foodstuffs is an effective way of preserving them.
The hot air at a controlled temperature circulates freely between the base and the lid, through detachable trays.
The food placed on the trays is thus dried evenly with a minimum loss of vitamins.
The device can dry fruit, vegetables and mushrooms. It can also be used to dry flowers, medicinal plants and
for preparing cereals.

hours of continuous use, turn the device off, disconnect it
from the power supply and leave it to cool down.
