LIMITED WARRANTY
The equipment you have just purchased is a product with
attachment to NOM-003-SCFI-2000 set for this type of
equipment.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The importer guaranteed for 1 year from the date of
purchase from an Authorized Dealer by the end user
down pieces, models and components including labor
and replace any defective parts or components without
additional cost to the consumer.

IN ORDER TO OBTAIN WARRANTY COVERAGE:
To enforce the warranty, the buyer must present the

If confirmed the existence of a defect covered by this warranty
that this will be corrected by repair or replacement at the option
of the importer.
At the request of the importer, the buyer must return any “good”
declared defective under warranty Importer.
FREIGHT COSTS
The buyer is responsible for sending to the address below. The
Importer will cover transportation expenses within their network
of services arising from performance of this warranty.
EXCEPTIONS
a) When the product has been used in normal conditions.
b) the product has not been operated in accordance with the
instruction manual that comes with it.
c) the product has been altered or repaired by persons not
authorized by the Importer.
Importer’s responsibility under this guarantee shall not exceed
the cost of correcting the defect.
The Importer will not re sponsible for incidental or consequential
damages (such as loss of clients, etc.) caused by the defect or
the time spent on correcting it.
This written warranty is the only express warranty provided by the
Importer regarding their products, warranties implied by law of
merchantability and the warranty is subject to the duration of this
limited warranty for the equipment involved.
This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights and the
purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
