WARNING: Failure to position the parts in accordance with these diagrams or failure to use
only parts specifically approved with this appliance may result in property damage or personal

The installer must mechanically attach the following warning (included in the manual bag) to the inside of the fire-
box of the fireplace into which the gas fireplace insert is installed.

This fireplace has been converted for use with a gas fireplace insert only and cannot be used for
burning wood or solid fuels, unless all original parts have been replaced, and the fireplace reap-
proved by the authority having jurisdiction.
