Managing your stored music library
You can edit album or playlist details including the album/playlist title and individual track titles. You can
also add or remove tracks from a stored album.

Choose the album you’d like to work on so that the track names are displayed. Choose
Edit
details
from the left-hand window of the menu screen to display the
MUSIC-EDIT
screen:

Track names
to edit details of the album or playlist (genre, artist, album
title, and track names). A warning message is briefly displayed if you try to enter a name that is
too long.

To remove tracks from the album, first select the tracks you’d like to remove on the
MUSIC-
TRACKS
menu page. All selected tracks are removed from the album – deselect any you want to
keep. Now choose
Edit details
and then choose
Delete
from the left of the
MUSIC-EDIT
menu
page.
Deleting an album
There is no ‘Delete album’ command, but you can erase an album from the MS250 hard disk, freeing up
the space previously used by it, by selecting all the tracks from an album and then deleting the selected
tracks. This command does
not
delete files on other networked devices (for example your PC), but they
are removed from the MS250’s music library.
