7.7. SOWING DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
Sowing depth can be adjusted depending on the conditions
of the soil and one own habits.
It is recommended that the
coulters working behind the
wheels of the seeder and tractor
be set to a higher pressure and, if
necessary, their height be lowered
with respect to the others.
A) Towed

In the case of a towed machine, first of all raise the seeder ful-
ly, turn the ferrule block 21 and let the limiting ferrule rotate
22. Loosen to reduce the sowing depth, tighten to increase
the sowing depth.
When the depth has been set, remember to reposition the
block 21.
B) Load

In the case of a carrying machine, raise the seeder from the
ground, remove the "r" pin

and the rotation block bracket

Using the wrench supplied

the sowing depth.
Tighten to reduce the sowing depth, loosen to increase the
sowing depth.
When the depth has been set, remember to reposition the
parts
23 and 24.
