OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
AIR INLET CONTROL
The Arada Farringdon 8kw stove has a single air inlet
control. The primary air inlet providing the main air
supply to the fuel and the
airwash
system through the
control slider located within a recess on the fire door on
the
Left Hand
side of the appliance, see Fig. 11.
When the control slider is moved towards the right, air
passes from the base of the stove through a sealed
airway, to the top of the firebox providing a very hot air
flow over the door glass which eventually reaches over
the fuel bed to provide air for combustion.
Two tertiary air tubes, situated above the fire chamber,
provide additional air to ensure complete combustion for
the exhaust gases. The feed for these tubes are factory
pre-set and require no user input.

NOTE : The air controls are fully adjustable,
however please note, in the fully closed position,
air will still enter the appliance to prevent or
reduce smoke emissions, this is to comply with
the smoke exemption regulations.
