Pump Selection menu
-
Weekly
-It lets you dose the quantity of product
wanted (expressed in millilitres) within a settable pe-
riod of time (period) and at the hour set and only for
the days of the week set (Date and Time).
Example 3
The example in Fig.11 shows pump programming al-
lowing to dose 50 ml of Iodine at 14:55 and repeated
every day of the week.
-
Calibration
- it lets you calibrate each single pump
so as to achieve a dosage that is as accurate as
possible.
The pump calibration procedure is the following:
1) Take the graduated container supplied.
2) By means of the button related to the pump you
wish to calibrate, make sure the pipes are full of liquid
and completely free of air.
3) Access the calibration screen page of the pump
wanted.
4) Set the amount of liquid for pump calibration: The
menu automatically displays as default a calibration
quantity of 40 ml; you can change this quantity if you
want a different one (see fig. 12).
Note:
For accurate pump calibration, we suggest
using as much liquid as possible (40-50 ml) to
minimise any parallax errors or if the push but-
ton is not pressed properly.
5) Press the push button on the pump (more than
once if necessary), until the graduated container is
filled with the preset amount of liquid.
6) Now press Enter on the controller.
The pump is now calibrated and ready for program-
ming to suit your needs.
