2. The valves must be screwed in the suit, if not already done by the factory. To obtain an
optimal sealing of the valves use small quantities silicone (construction silicone, no sili-
cone grease) in the outer channel. Just fill it up (see diagram). Then you screw the valves
tightly into the suit. Avoid under all circumstances that the silicone comes into the thread.
Otherwise later the valve cannot be removed. Let that the valves one day dry. The valve
can be replaced now nevertheless if necessary. The valves used by us are manufactured
with highest accuracy. In order to receive the full operability, we recommend however an
annual check from your dealer. The provided hose has a UNF 3/8 " connection for the
second stage of regulator (low pressure).
The internal ring in the rubber washer serves the enlargement of the valve hole. The rub-
ber is cut out if you use another manufacturer valves for example Apex. With the “Sitech”
valves supplied by us this part is not taken out. For the removal of the valves normally firm

STEP 1: Remove cover from backnut.
STEP 3: Remove button from inflator body.
Lubricate the two o-rings.
STEP 2: Remove e-clip with a small screw
driver.
STEP 4: Re-insert button into the valve body.
STEP 5: Re-insert e-clip back onto the button.
STEP 6: Assemble cover back onto the
backnut.
