6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Please check the following before contacting the after-sales service.
6.1.
The robot does not pick up dirt and debris
●
Clean the filter baskets, they may be clogged. Refer to point 4.1 of this
manual.
●
Check that the rotors are not blocked by the accumulation of hair or debris
and clean them if necessary. Refer to point 4.1 of this manual.
●
Examine the water outlets on the bottom of your robot. They should move
and go into the open and closed position easily. Clean them if necessary.
6.2.
The robot does not pump water or move
●
Check that the electrical outlet is plugged in.
●
Check that the control box is on “I”.
●
Check that the floating power cable is securely plugged in.
●
Switch the power supply to "0" and "I" a few times in a row. Allow 45 seconds
between "I" and "0".
●
Check the device for any debris such as hair, wires, or leaves that may be
obstructing the free movement of the wheels.
6.3.
The robot moves but does not pump water at all or
pump slowly
●
Check that the rotors are not blocked by the accumulation of hair or debris
and clean them if necessary. Refer to point 4.1 of this manual.
●
Check that the filter baskets are clean and clean them if necessary. Refer to
point 4.1 of this manual.
6.4.
The robot does not move but does pump water
●
Check that the wheels are not blocked by foreign bodies and clean them if
necessary.
●
Check that the floating power cable is not crushed.
6.5.
The robot does not seem clean the entire pool
●
Most likely a thorough cleaning of filter baskets is needed. Refer to point 4.1
of this manual.
●
Check to see that the floating power cable is properly spread out and is
untangled.
●
Check that there are no objects that could interfere with the smooth running
of the cleaning cycle.
●
Try to start the robot in different parts of the pool to find the optimal starting
position.
