AQ-240 Cleaning Solution

The Cleaning Solution was developed and formulated by Aqua Phase, specifically for use in the Aqua Phase
systems. The AQ-240 is an industrial grade cleaner, with an elevated pH, to breakdown the fluids, proteins, and
carbohydrate commonly found on medical equipment. In conjunction with the AQ-240 breakdown processes, and
the spray impact from the Aqua Phase system, an excellent job is done in the removal of the gross soil contaminants.
We can’t put on the bottle, but we can prove the effectiveness of an Aqua Phase system with the use of AQ-240
against CDIF as proven by an independent, third party, testing laboratory.
AQ-260 Rinse Aid Solution

The Rinse Aid Solution was developed and formulated by Aqua Phase, specifically for use in the Aqua Phase
Systems. The Aqua Phase AQ-260 was one of the first rinse-agents ever developed to activate at 105° (F). When
activated, the AQ-260 reduces the surface tension of any residual water droplets on your medical equipment which
eliminates water spots. The reduced surface tension of the water also aids in the process of flash evaporation
resulting in air drying of equipment surfaces in 2-3 minutes.
AQ-280 Rust Inhibitor Rinse Solution

The Rust Inhibitor can be used periodically, or all the time in place of the AQ-240 Rinse Aid Solution. AQ-280 is a
reformulation of a fluid used by US Steel Mills that protected raw steel after in came out of the forges to prevent
oxidation (rusting) of the unprotected metal surfaces. The reformulation allows for a micro this coating to the
surfaces, without a cloudy, or grease film residue being left on medical equipment. The AQ-280 inhibits the
oxidation process on existing equipment, and provides a protection to surface of uncoated metals that the original
equipment manufacturer may not have provided.
AQ-725 Deliming Solution

When hard water is supplied to the Aqua Phase system, the periodic use of the AQ-725 is a great preventative
maintenance measure. The AQ-725 is an industrial grade solution, similar to those used to clean the drum of a
cement mixing truck. The AQ-725 breaks down the deposits that may build up on the Aqua Phase chamber walls
due to the hard water that is supplied to the Aqua Phase system. It is easy-to-use, pre-measured, can be used weekly
or as needed, and the instructions are printed on the quart bottle.
AQ-128 HDQ Neutral Disinfectant

The HDQ Neutral is quart based disinfectant suitable for the disinfectant of hard, non-porous environmental
surfaces. Use of the AQ-128 in Aqua Phase does not require a post rinse like some disinfectants. A review of the
bottle labeling is required for a complete listing of organisms that HDQ Neutral is effective against. A few included
are: MRSA, VRE, HBV, HCV, HIV, and certain virucidal and fungicidal claims. HDQ has a 1 ounce per gallon
dilution rate.
AQ-130 Germicidal PD-128 Disinfectant

The Spartan Chemical, PD-128 has claims of a Tuberculocidal grade/type of disinfectant. Use of the AQ-130
(Spartan PD-128) does not require a post rinse, has a dilution rate of 1 ounce per gallon, and a kill claim against
HIV of 1 minute contact time. Other claims include: fungicidal, staphylocidal, pseudomonacidal, and virucidal.
