When preparing the sanitation solution, make sure it contains the chemical compound, Quaternary
Ammonium ("Quat"). Following the manufacturer's label instructions, prepare the solution with a minimum
concentration of 200 parts per million (PPM).
Do not use chorine-based sanitizers because they may damage the plastic parts.
use iodine-based sanitizers because they may discolor the plastic parts and disflavor the product.
