RMC

SNMP:

This sets the parameters to enable the RMC to send
SNMP  Traps.  The  settings  are  normally  acquired
from the network administrator. If this function is not
used  leave

"Trap  receiver  IP”

blank  (see  also

SNMP section on next page).

Restore factory settings:

Click to restore the Factory settings, or cancel to
return to the main page.

GSM Modem:

In  order  for  the  RMC  to  send
notifications  by  text  messages  a
GSM  modem  needs  to  be
connected to the  RS232 Interface
(GSM  modem  is  an  optional
accessory).  The  RMC  confirms
the connection of a modem on its
main  page  with

“GSM-modem

START  OK”

in  the  event  list  and

with

“GSM  OK”

  on  the  left  in  the

menu section.

Important

The  modem  should  only  be  turn
on  when  it  is  connected  to  the
serial  port  of  the  RMC  and  a  SIM
card  is  inserted.  The  PIN  code
request  should  also  be  disabled
on the SIM card.
