When the friction pads wear out, the fluid
level goes down to automatically com-
pensate for that wear. The brake fluid
reservoir is placed near the front brake
lever attachment. Check frequently the
brake fluid level in the reservoir and the
brake pad wear.
CAUTION
DO NOT USE YOUR VEHICLE IF A
FLUID LEAK IN THE BRAKING CIR-
CUIT IS DETECTED.
Met het verbruik van de wrijvingspastilles
vermindert het peil van de vloeistof, om
automatisch de slijtage te compenseren.
De tank van de remvloeistof bevindt zich
in de nabijheid van de koppeling van de
voorste remhendel. Controleer periodiek
het peil van de remvloeistof in de tank en
de slijtage van de pastilles.
LET OP
GEBRUIK HET VOERTUIG NOOIT
WANNEER MEN EEN LEK OPMERKT
VAN DE REMINSTALLATIE.

CHECK
To check level:
•
Park the vehicle on its centre
stand on safe and level ground.
•
Turn the handlebar and place it
in a horizontal position.
•
Check that the brake fluid in the
reservoir is above the reference
mark shown in the figure.
De tank van de remvloeistof bevindt zich
in de nabijheid van de koppeling van de
voorste remhendel. Controleer periodiek
het peil van de remvloeistof in de tank en
de slijtage van de pastilles.
CONTROLE
Voor de controle van het peil handelt men
als volgt:
•
Plaats het voertuig op de cen-
trale standaard en op een vlak
en stevig terrein.
•
Draai het stuur, en plaats het
horizontaal.
•
Controleer of de remvloeistof in
de tank de referentie over-
schrijdt die aangeduid wordt in
de figuur.
