REMOVING THE REAR-VIEW 
MIRRORS

u

Place the vehicle on the centre stand on
firm and level ground.

u

Lift the protection element (1).

CAUTION

Support the rear-view mirror (4) or it
may accidentally fall down.

u

Hold the screw (2) and loosen the nut (3)
completely.

CAUTION

H a n d l e   t h e   p l a s t i c   a n d   p a i n t e d
components with care to avoid scraping
or damaging them.

u

Remove the rear-view mirror (4).

NOTE 

Repeat these operations to

remove the other rear-view mirror.

CAUTION

On refitting, adjust the rear-view mirrors
and tighten the nuts to secure them
firmly in place.

After refitting:

u

Adjust the inclination of the rear-view
mirrors correctly.

REMOVING THE SIDE STAND 

C a r e f u l l y   r e a d   p a g e   5 8
(MAINTENANCE).

Removal of the side stand (1) is only
recommended for vehicles used for racing;
the same applies to the following parts:
– springs (2),
– bracket (3);
– stand switch (4).

NOTE 

Removing the stand switch (4)

interrupts the electric circuit. To restore it,
connect the wiring (6)
