Helmet compartment (02_41, 02_42, 02_43)

To access the helmet compartment:

•

Turn the key to KEY ON.

•

Activate the OPEN control (1) and open the helmet compartment (2).

The open button (1) only works with the key set to KEY ON. If the battery is discharged,
use the manual opening device (3) under the passenger saddle; lift the passenger
saddle in order to access it.

CAUTION

NEVER OPEN THE HELMET COMPARTMENT WHEN THE MOTORBIKE IS MOV-
ING. WHEN THE HELMET COMPARTMENT IS OPEN THE HANDLEBAR CANNOT
BE TURNED, WHICH COMPROMISES VEHICLE HANDLING AND CONSE-
QUENTLY THE SAFETY OF BOTH BIKE AND PEOPLE.

ALWAYS CHECK THAT THE HELMET COMPARTMENT IS CORRECTLY
CLOSED TO PREVENT THE GLOVE-BOX LIGHT FROM REMAINING LIT AND SO
DISCHARGING THE BATTERY.
