Cause
Solution
The power cable
supplies no power.
Insert one end of the power cable to the AC port on the projector, and insert the
other end to the electrical outlet. If the electrical outlet has a switch, ensure that
the switch is turned on.
Cause
Solution
The video signal source is not enabled or is
incorrectly connected.
Enable the video signal source and check whether the
signal cable is properly connected.
The projector and the input signal device are
not properly connected.
Check the connection.
The input signal is not correctly selected.
Select the correct input signal source using the signal
source key on the remote control or control panel.
Cause
Solution
The lens of the projector cannot accurately
focus.
Adjust the focus using the lens adjustment button on the
remote control or control panel.
The projector does not accurately align with the
screen.
Adjust the projection angle and direction. If necessary,
adjust the projector's height or distance.
Cause
Solution
The battery level is low.
Replace the battery.
There are obstacles between the remote control
and the projector.
Move the obstacles.
The distance to the projector is too far.
The distance to the projector should be no longer than
8 m (26 inches).
The projector fails to power on.
No picture
The picture is fuzzy.
The remote control fails.
