Running PCR Samples 4-7
About the Run Time
Screen
You can use the Run Time screen to chart progress at any time during the run. The
Run Time screen displays the executing segment, and the next segment to execute.
5 Press
Start
to start a run.
If the temperature of the heated cover is less than 103 °C, this message, “Cover is
heating” appears.
6 When the heated cover reaches 103 °C, the Run Time screen displays and the
method you selected starts running.
