Mini FireWire card – User’s Guide
Working with Windows XP
The Apogee 1394 Audio control panel consists of the following 5 windows accessed by clicking on their
names in the left hand column of the control panel :
Devices, Input Channels, Output Channels,
Synchronization and Settings .
Devices Window
In the Devices window, Apogee FireWire
should be displayed under Device name , and
a unique serial number is displayed under Se-
rial number . If multiple host interfaces have
been installed, they should all appear simulta-
neously. Press
Edit Device Name to edit the
Device name.
Input Channels Window
In the Input Channels window, it’s possible to
edit the input Channel names for the devices
connected.
