Wait for the formatting process. Once the formatting is completed, the disk
will be ready for use.
Notes:
There is a “Perform a quick format” option in a previous step where you choose
the file system type for configuring your format partition. This format option is
recommended only if the disk to be formatted is brand new, as it does not scan
and format damaged sectors.
