7.  Selection  menu  is  adjustable  from  2  to  6.  To  enter  the  selected 

function,  press  the  hot  air  gun  increase  temperature  adjustment 

button “B3”.

OPERATING GUIDELINES 

J.  Activating Hot Air Gun  Auto-Sleep Mode 

 

The hot air gun’s SLEEP mode can be activated by following the set 

of procedures below: 

1.  Follow System Setting  procedures 1 to 6. 

2.  Adjust  system  selection  menu  to  “Sel  2”,  then  press  the  hot  air 

gun increase temperature adjustment button “B3”.  

3.  If successful the display “B1” would show “t30” indicating Hot air 

gun sleep timer is being set. 

4.  Adjust the sleep timer with the hot air gun increase and decrease 

temperature adjustment buttons “B3 and B2”.  

5.  Sleep   timer   is   adjustable   from   1   to   60   minutes   with   “OFF” 

signifying sleep timer is turned off. 

6.  Save  the  selected  timer  settings  and  exit  from  the  sleep  timer 

adjustment  menu  by  pressing  the  soldering  iron  function  switch 

“A4”. 

7.  If  the sleep  mode  is  activated  the  sleep  timer  will start  counting 

down once the Hot air gun is placed on it’s holder and the hot air 

gun function switch “B4” is activated.
