Working guidelines
Notes!
•
Make sure that the device is on a flat, stable surface.
•
Make sure that all connections are properly secured.
•
Refer to the
“Explanation of the control panel” section to familiarize yourself with the control
panel and display board directory.
First use
•
Make sure that all switches are in the off position.
•
Connect the device to the main power source using the power plug.
•
Set the main power switch to on to turn the device on.
Operation
•
Follow the instructions for the initial procedure.
•
The currently set temperature is shown on the display and, after a moment, the actual temper-
ature of the heating element.
•
To set the desired temperature, turn the temperature control (3). The set temperature is shown
on the display. As soon as the temperature is set, the display switches to showing the actual
temperature.
•
You can switch between the Fahrenheit and Celsius display by pressing the temperature scale
switch
(4).
•
The heating indicator (2) continues to light up during heating. As soon as the temperature has
reached the previously set temperature, the heating display starts to flash. This means that the
heating element has reached the set temperature and is currently regulating the heat to maintain
the set temperature.
•
Reworking can begin as soon as the set temperature is reached and the heating display starts
to flash.
•
After finishing reworking, switch the main switch to off.
