7. Buttons 

 

 

 From left to right, the buttons are; 

Switch

Menu

Video

 

Detailed function description follows. 

 

7.1 Switch Button 

Used  mainly  to  switch  between  record  screen,  playback  screen  and 

speed/heading screen. 

7.2 Menu Button 

There  are 10 menu items available. When the menu button is pressed and the 

menu is showing, pressing the Down button moved to the  next selection while 

pressing the Video button selects the highlighted selection. 

 
 
 

7.3 Down Button 

Function 1

 – Set Lock 

From the record screen, pressing this button locks the current recording video so that it cannot be overwritten until the 
button is pressed again. These files should be periodically moved to another storage device to prevent the SD card from 
filling up. 

Function 2

 – Select the next option 

When the menu is displayed, pressing this button will move the highlight to the next menu item. 
In playback mode, pressing this button will select the next stored video. 

7.4 Video Button 

Function 1

 – Begin/Stop recording 

From the standby screen, pressing this button will begin recording. 
From the record screen, pressing this button will pause recording. 

Function 2

 – Play/Pause video files 

From the playback screen, pressing this button will play/pause the video 

Function 3

 – Select
