Filter cartridge is not mounted properly in

the filter head

Loosen the filter cartridge by turning the filter

cartidge 180 degree clockwise and tighten the

filter cartridge again

Wrong mounted filter head

Check the flow direction of the water according to

the arrow, change the flow direction if necessary

Low flow rate

System pressure is too low

check the system pressure

Integrated shut-off in the filter

head is leaking (while the

filter cartridge is removed)

Particles within the integrated shut-off

Rinse the system with installed filter

Scew connection between

the fitting is leaking

Sealing is defective

Check the sealing, if necessary replace the

sealing

Air bubbles

System isn't purged completely

Repeat the purging/rinsing process

Turbid/white water

Generation of small bubbles of carbon acid

After 5 minutes the turbidity is vanished

completely

Heater, boiler are not enough

protected against lime scale

Wrong chosen blend setting, filter capacity is

reached/passed

Check the hardness blend setting and the filter

capacity

Water meter display flashing

Gallon capacity has been exceeded

Change filter cartridge; reset meter

Water meter display flashing

low battery

Battery needs replacing

Replace battery in meter

Drinking water is food

Therefore, please handle the filter system hygienicaly. Clean the filter system regularly with a wet
