Install Belt Wraps
1. If you are installing the existing belt wraps, inspect
the belts. Replace belt wraps if worn or damaged.
If the belt wraps are in good condition put them
back on the toaster.
2. For new or existing belts, wipe both sides of the
belts with a clean, damp sanitized towel. Allow to
air dry.
3. Slide the belts gently over the appropriate top and
bottom roller. Make sure the belt lines up properly
on the rollers. The snaps on the belts should face
the inside of the roller.
4. Lift up the front and rear belt roller. Use both
hands. This will add tension and lock them in
place.
5. Lift the lower conveyor lock to lock the rollers into
place.
NOTE: Lift up on the camshaft of the rear conveyor
roller while lifting the conveyor lock.
6. Lift the upper belt frame lock and lock in place on
the conveyor assembly. Set the compression knob
to 4.
7. Close the side panel and lock the lock using a
flathead screwdriver on the side panel.
8. Re-install the front and rear conveyor covers so
they lock into place.
9. Re-install the bun feeder and bun stop onto the
top of the unit.
10. Plug in the power cord and turn the unit on.
