ENM - OM V2.2 01.02-
1.2.5
The Device is powered from:
- alternating voltage source ~ 110 - 240 ± 10 % V (industrial frequency 45 to 65
Hz);
- constant voltage source = 100 - 270 V;
- built-in, standby, extracted lithium battery;
- external source of standby power in one of modifications (A, B, C) at the request
of the customer:
1) A= 9-18 V (nominal value of 12 V)
2) B=18-36 V (nominal value of 24 V)
3) C= 36-72 V (nominal value of 48 V)
1.2.6
When a line fault (event) is detected, the Device records the date and time of
the event, the type of event (phase-to-ground fault, phase-to-phase short-circuits), the
direction to the fault (to the buses, from the buses), the damaged phases, the main
parameters of the event, the maximum and minimum values during the event recording
process.
1.2.7
When the time set in the timer expires or an external command is received,
the triggered Devices return to their initial state.
1.2.8
The following data defined by the Device are used to specify the search
direction: fault current values, fault time to the nearest second, fault type.
1.2.9
Special client software or integration into own telemechanics (dispatching)
system is used to view the fault parameters or to set up the indicator. Information from the
indicator can be transmitted via the MODBUS protocol.
1.3
Technical specifications
1.3.1
The Device triggers and detects a fault when there are phase-to-phase and
phase-to-ground faults in the monitored line accompanied by a sudden increase in current
in the faulty phases, followed by a voltage drop in the line below the specified threshold,
or without lowering the voltage, depending on the settings defined by the user.
1.3.2
The Device can detect the following types of faults:
−
phase-to-phase short-circuits (by the absolute threshold);
−
phase-to-phase short-circuits (by the differential threshold);
