6. Tap the settings icon and select your BOOSTER in order to
connect your device via Bluetooth.
7. Once connected, the BOOSTER will be highlighted in turquoise in
the APP and the LED on the BOOSTER will be blue, not blinking.
8. Go back and select your favorite training or regeneration
program.
9. You can adjust the intensity of your workout by either pressing
the [+]/[–] button on BOOSTER or in the app.
10. To stop the stimulation at any time, press the pause button.
11. To switch off the BOOSTER press and hold the [–] button for
three seconds.
