1. Introduction
All ANTELOPE products are electro muscle stimulation (EMS)
devices. This highly efficient and effective technology must be
used responsibly.
Before you can start with your training, please read this manual
carefully. EMS is a technology, scientifically proven to enhance
sports performance. When you activate a muscle voluntarily,
your brain sends a signal causing the muscle to contract.
EMS mimics this processes, but the signal is instead sent directly
from your EMS device to the muscle. This activates many more
muscle fibers than are activated by the brain. This is the secret
behind the effectiveness of ANTELOPE.
