USE
Positioning
The appliance has little dehumidifying effect in enclosed or separate spaces that do not have a
good circulation of air.
Never use the appliance outdoors.
The appliance is only intended for household use. It is not intended for industrial or commercial
use.
Place the appliance on a level, stable surface that can withstand the weight of the appliance with a
full water tank.
Leave at least 20 cm of free space on all sides to ensure the adequate circulation of air.
The lowest operating temperature is 5
℃
. At lower temperatures frost can form on the evaporator
coils, which reduces performance.
Place the appliance at some distance from sources of heat.
Use the appliance to ensure a suitable humidity in the air for books or valuables, and to prevent
damage due to damp.
Only use the appliance in closed areas.
Close windows, doors and other openings.
Using for the first time
Check that the water tank is properly inserted, otherwise the appliance will not work.
When using the appliance for the first time it should be switched on continuously for 24 hours.
Emptying
The water can drained off in two ways
– with the water tank, or with continuous drainage.
Dehumidifying with water tank
The float switch switches off the appliance when the water tank is full. The indicator lamp for a full water
tank flashes.

Carefully remove the water tank. Grip both sides firmly and
pull the tank straight out. Do not put the tank down
– the
bottom is not smooth and it cannot stand up straight.

Pour out the water and replace the tank. Check that the water
tank is properly inserted, otherwise the appliance will not work.

The appliance starts automatically when the tank is properly
replaced.
NOTE:
Do not touch any parts inside the appliance when removing the water tank, this could damage the
appliance. Push the water tank carefully into the appliance, otherwise the appliance can be damaged.
The indicator lamp for full water tank goes on when the tank is full, or if it is not properly inserted.
