Release the back cover (2) by turning it
anticlockwise. Connect the USB cable for the
product to the USB port (4) to charge.

BATTERY CHARGING
• Switch off the product before charging.
• Connect the USB cable to the mains
adapter and connect the other end of the
cable to the micro USB port (3) on the
product Plug the mains adapter into a
power point.
• Connect the USB cable to the charger for
a 12 VDC vehicle socket and connect the
other end of the cable to the micro USB
port (3) on the product. Connect the
charger to a 12 VDC vehicle socket.
• The red status light goes on during the
charging. When the battery is fully
charged the green status light goes on.
• Fully charging takes about 7 hours with
the mains adapter or charger for 12 VDC
vehicle socket.
• Do not allow the battery to fully discharge.
Over-discharging shortens the battery’s
useful life.
NOTE:
To avoid the battery becoming completely
discharged, recharge it every three months
even when the product is not in use.

USE
Charge the battery before using it for the first
time (see CHARGING BATTERY).
LED light
Select required mode with the mode selector
(1) on the casing. Spotlight → LED bar →
Flashing function → Off. The orange lamp glass
can be placed over the LED bar for a flashing
warning signal.
