Carefully pull the front panel assembly forward until it is clear of the
RF OUTPUT
connector.
Set front panel aside.

If necessary, the RF output connector may be replaced:
a.
Remove the output connector retaining nut with a 5/8 inch wrench.
b.
Using a 5/16 inch wrench, disconnect the connector from the step attenuator or leveling coupler.
c.
Remove the retaining nut from the new connector.
d.
Slide the connector through the RF train bracket, then slip the retaining nut over the new
connector before attaching to the output component.
e.
Attach the output connector to the output component using a 5/16, 8in/lb torque wrench.
f.
Tighten the retaining nut against the RF train bracket.
7.
To replace the front panel assembly, reverse the removal process.
8.
After replacement of the front panel RF connector, perform the Level Accuracy calibration.
9.
After replacement of the front panel, recalibrate the touch screen using the procedure found in
starting on page
