Controller Temperature Calibration
1.
Fill the instrument with 2 liters of tap water.
2.
Press the red
HEAT
and blue
AGITATE
buttons on the front of the
instrument so that they are lit.
3.
Bring the water to a boil.

7.
Stir the water vigorously.
8.
Place a calibrated thermometer in the bottom of the Vessel near the probe without the thermometer touching the
Vessel. This will be your reference temperature.
9.
Press
on the controller to set Display 2 to the temperature on the calibrated thermometer.

on the controller to save the calibration.
The ANKOM
200
controller is now calibrated. The instrument will boil water at the calibrated temperature and maintain
the proper temperature throughout an assay.
