PROGRAM I.F.R. 

 
The IFR is an innovative patented system of positive quick cooling which allows the 
cycle optimized for each type of foodstuffs 

by preventing superficial freezing

.

 

 

Temperatures are detected by a three-sensor multipoint needle probe. The position 
inside  the foodstuff is determined univocally by a reference disk located  along the needle.
