Although the appliance is complete with all safety
devices, during installation and connection addi-
tional devices must be added if necessary to com-
ply with the relevant legal requirements.
The illustration shows the position of the devices.
A)Safety thermostat
: cuts off the electricity supply
in case of overheating.
B)Limit stop microswitch
: cuts off the electricity and
water supplies if the well is accidentally raised.
Caution - warning
Make a daily check that the safety devices are
properly installed and in good working order.

: indicates that the appliance is compli-

: never insert hands in the
pan while in use.
L) Scald hazard
: take care, very hot steam.
M)WEEE symbol
: indicates that the appliance is sub-
ject to specific waste disposal regulations.
